About the project

The war has universally impacted everyone, including Ukrainian women, potentially causing long-term negative effects on society’s mental and physical well-being.

The David Lynch Foundation addresses this global issue by helping women through its project “1000 Women for Peace in Ukraine.”

This project focuses on teaching women Transcendental Meditation, aiding in rehabilitation and overcoming emotional trauma.

Science and Transcendental Meditation

A woman’s condition significantly impacts those around her and serves as a center of strength. Her power of creation is a source of life and love worldwide. A woman has an incredible ability to unite, create, and change the world.

It has been scientifically proven that the action of a large group of Transcendental Meditation practitioners together affects the surrounding society and environment. This scientific study has shown that when the square root of 1% of the population engages in Transcendental Meditation with an advanced TM-Sidhi program, it creates a “peace field effect” that changes stress rates, accidents, hospital admissions, and causes economic growth in society. For Ukraine, this number is approximately 1,000 people.

Transcendental Meditation – the Path to Inner Peace

As part of the David Lynch Foundation’s charitable project “1000 Women for Peace in Ukraine” in Eastern Europe, women have been and continue to be provided with a unique opportunity to learn Transcendental Meditation.

Meditation frees individuals from stress and improves physiological and mental health. The benefits to the health of the project participants cannot be overstated.

Our Goal

Unity

Uniting 1000 women in collective Transcendental Meditation to create a powerful wave of coherence aimed at peace and harmony in Ukraine.

Restore peace

A woman who finds inner peace becomes a center of strength, and her influence creates an atmosphere of peace and love.

Peace within for Peace around

A woman radiates calmness, and 1000 women together radiate it a million times more powerfully.

What specifically changes in a woman’s state due to practicing TM

The practice of Transcendental Meditation (TM) has several positive outcomes aimed at improving the physical and mental state of women, especially those who have experienced war and stressful situations. Among the main positive outcomes reported by women from practicing TM are:

Transcendental Meditation not only promotes calmness and healing but also opens doors to inner development and self-improvement for women in challenging circumstances.

Project Mission: Woman – the Key to Peace

Woman – guardian of family, society, and the world. The strength of women lies in their heart and unity.

Collective Meditation

Through the experience of collective meditation, women can feel and strengthen this. Together, we can create an atmosphere of peace and harmony that will enrich our families and Ukraine. This is an opportunity for every participant to change their lives and become part of a powerful community that brings the light of love and unity.

Inner beauty

With us, every woman understands that she is a true gift of the Universe, and inner beauty and wisdom can change the world. Transcendental Meditation offers the opportunity to uncover within oneself an ocean of love and heal the world around us. The awakening of dormant power begins with us!

About the participants

Among the participants of the “1000 Women for Peace in Ukraine” project are incredibly strong and dedicated women who have endured difficult moments due to the war in Ukraine. Our community brings together various groups of women who all feel the need for relaxation, healing, and unity:

  • Women who have suffered from the war as internally displaced persons;
  • Women who have directly participated in combat operations;
  • Women who experience daily stress due to the impact of the war.

All participants report relief from stress symptoms and find in our community not only support but also the opportunity for active participation in creating peace and harmony in Ukraine through collective Transcendental Meditation.
