Firstly, on the first day of training, I had a sore throat, but the very next day after meditating, the pain was completely gone. Secondly, I had been experiencing severe eye strain lately from working on the computer and using my phone, despite wearing protective glasses. I even considered visiting a doctor about this issue, but after two days of meditation, my eyes felt significantly better—no more dryness or tension. For me, this is truly miraculous.
Thirdly, my relationship with my daughter has genuinely improved. Before the training, we had a serious conflict, and I wasn’t sure how we could find common ground. It definitely had an impact. I practiced for the first 14 days in a row and felt how much was released from my mind. I still experience dissociation from time to time. At the beginning, I would fall asleep very deeply during meditations, but after a few days, it passed. Morning practice is more challenging—thoughts rush in intensely, but I don’t fight them; I just barely get to the mantra. The evening practice, on the other hand, is like honey to my ears.

I feel very strange and intense right now. After completing the course, I practice once a day, but I am trying to train myself to do it twice. Sometimes it’s very challenging, as a lot of stress and heavy thoughts surface. Hello, I want to share my experience with TM. I’ve noticed that I’ve started reacting to things in a calmer manner. It’s like my thoughts are gradually becoming lighter, and I have a subtle sense of certain things, words, and situations.
And I also observe that from time to time, a very simple thought may appear that gives me an understanding of the situation.
I’ve also had a change in my perception of the thinking process. Now, I feel when I need to step back and look at the situation from the side. It’s enough to just see and hear what’s happening, to listen attentively and to feel.
Additionally, TM has an impact on dreams. It`s are important to me, and I love having dreams. Currently, they have become more refined, clearer, and I have started to remember them.
Indeed, everything around seems to become more refined, and the feelings become deeper.

Our courses on TM are over, and I wanted to share my thoughts.
I got a lot of positive impressions from communicating with you. A friend of mine, who had already attended these courses, told me I was lucky to have you, Alice, as my teacher.
After talking to you, I realized something important. THANK YOU! I came to you in deep depression.
I needed communication and support (or perhaps a different understanding of my problem), which I couldn’t find at home. After the courses, I re-listened to the opening lecture. Initially, I didn’t understand what was expected of me, but now I see it differently—I finally got it.
I work as a teacher in a school with 30–35 students in each class. One of the growing problems is discipline. I used to maintain it with a strict and elevated tone, but now I don’t want to do that anymore. I always remember you, your smile, your kind and attentive look.
I’ve been thinking about whether I can act the same way with my 6th–8th grade students, creating an atmosphere of peace, silence, and understanding in the classroom, where everyone feels heard.

First of all, I want to highlight your pedagogical approach to teaching TM. Specifically, we didn’t just rush through the program; instead, we revisited and reinforced the material. This methodology allowed me to truly “grasp” and feel the correct direction after several repetitions.

I’ve started to succeed in meditating. After our group meditation, I didn’t even feel pain in my arm at night. I’ve realized how important the evening meditation is for resetting the body after a long day.
I’ve also started waking up very early on my own—at 5:30—even though I go to bed quite late. I feel that I need to fit the evening meditation into my routine when no one can disturb me, which is more challenging than the morning one. Throughout the day, I feel energized and no longer doze off like I used to.
I’ve noticed that I now look forward to meditating, rather than seeing it as a task.
Of course, there are still many thoughts, but I return to focus and follow your recommendations.
